What if a support worker suggests working and receiving payments directly? Please consider that:
  • our fee structure is fair to both Consumers and Support Workers;
  • we provide induction and regular mandatory training to our Support Workers: First aid, infection control, WHS and manual handling, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), customer services, palliative, hospice and end of life courses;
  • our Clinical Governance Framework sets out the key structures, systems and processes that enable organisation wide accountability and assuring the delivery of health services that are safe, effective, high quality and continuously improving;
  • our comprehensive insurance policies cover Consumers in case of accidents happened;
  • a non-dealing clause as stipulated in the legally enforcable contracts clearly states that support workers cannot deal directly or indirectly with Consumers without the involvement of GOOD HOME CARE, and if they do so, we reserve the right to claim our loss.
