Super Team
We provide our staffs with full and comprehensive benefits. What this means to our Consumers is that we attract better staffs and they stay longer.
On the other hand, GOOD HOME CARE go through a rigorous hiring, screening, and training process before matching them to a Consumer. All staffs are required to participate in continuing education regularly. Support workers are trained in identifying and reporting changes in service needs and health conditions by our affiliate, ACE Nurse School, a government approved registered training organisation.

Service Reliability
Our state-of-the-art software allows our support workers to see the shifts schedule. The “clock-in and -out” function by GPS or telephone, which gives us the ability to proactively ensure that they arrive to the consumer’s home on-time, as scheduled to provide quality care as promised.

Free In-Home Assessment
We offer a free in-home assessment to make the home care process as easy and convenient as possible for you and the consumer. Our care team member will meet with you at your home or in the hospital to develop a Customized Care Plan designed to meet the consumer’s specific needs.

Customized Person-centred Care Plan
We go to great lengths to understand the consumer’s specific care needs, medical condition, personal preferences, advance directive and schedule in order to develop a Customized Care Plan that is tailored to best serve the consumer! This process also includes finding the right support worker based on proven dimensions of healthy, long-lasting consumer-support worker relationships.

Choice
We honor and respect the important role Consumers and the family play in the overall care. We encourage Consumers and families to be involved from the beginning. We regularly communicate with family members to keep them apprised.

Independence
To live a comfortably independent life, Consumers today often have multiple needs that go beyond just health services. Our goal is to help Consumers remain in home or continuing care residence, easing the burdens.

We offer three levels of customisable care. This means Consumers get to choose the level of care and advice as needed, at a cost that suits Consumers' budget.
